I have been very privileged and grateful for the way you welcomed me into your life and family. Great memories of walks in Epping Forest, Holidays in the Lake district and of course time spent at Walton. I admired your independent and competitive spirit. Typically walking with Frances from Redbridge to Southend to prove a point. These qualities continued when you moved into Sycamore Court. Thank you for making my life richer. Ian
